| MediConsult Privacy Policy 29th of August 2006 At MediConsult we respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. In this document we outline what type of personal information we collect while processing your requests, how we deal with those data and what are your rights. 1) Personal information we collect Personal information can be sent to MediConsult in two ways: a) by filling a questionnaire available on our websites or b) by sending an e-mail to our e-mail account. In both cases only e-mail address has to be given. Any other data such as: your first and last name, date of birth, phone number are optional. We collect all data you have provided in e-mail or questionnaire. 2) We process personal information only in our premises in Szczecin (Poland). The computer equipment in protected by anti-virus software and secured against unauthorized access. 3) We use gathered information to provide services you have requested (in most cases our clients are interested in information on a plastic surgery in Poland). 4) Occasionally we use gathered information to provide you with marketing information (notes about special offers, events, new services, etc.). 5) We do not use cookies mechanism. 6) We never share collected data with any third parties. 7) If you are not sure if we have collected your data or if you want to update or delete your personal data, you can at any time send an inquiry / request to office (at) mediconsult.pl. 8) Information about Google
and the DoubleClick DART cookie: a) Google, as a third-party
vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site.
b) Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet. c) Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
